Kimberly Vaughan formed a Facebook group in 2013 in an effort to organize like-minded women in the Central Valley and build a group that would discuss the needs of women in the community, connect and empower one another, as well as create means to give to the community that she has resided and worked in for more than 15 years.
Kimberly works in the wedding and event industry, producing the area's largest bridal shows and wedding expos, the International Wedding Festival, as well as other wedding planning events throughout Northern California & Las Vegas. Her most recent endeavor, the addition of the Central Valley Women’s Expo, has created opportunities for Kimberly to fulfill her philanthropic goals in the community and continue her mission to connect, encourage, and empower women.
Kimberly married the love of her life, Dale, whom she has known and loved for more than 30 years. Dale and Kimberly Vaughan are blessed with five children. The Vaughan's are closely-knit and have settled in the country to enjoy simple, country living in the wildlife with trips to the river, anything you can ride on and spending time with their furry and feathered pets. Always together, the Vaughan’s believe in supporting each other’s dreams and living, laughing and loving in work and play.
Kimberly enjoys sharing "assignments" in the SWA Facebook groups and building new friendships and connections with like-minded thinkers that share her desire to connect and grow community among women.
